Montana Spencer: from creator to influencer
“Truth be told, Hero has literally changed my life.”
Matt GyorgyCo-Founder, Hero Network · June 2025The challenge
Montana Spencer has always loved making video. Producing it consistently was the hard part. Getting a production team to him meant travel, setup, cost, and a lot of time, so the videos came slowly, when they came at all.
He wanted a way to create high-quality content quickly, from wherever he happened to be, without losing the polish. In Hero, he found it.

The approach
With Hero, Montana's phone became the studio. He hopped on remote conversations, talked through what he wanted to share, and finished videos came back ready to post. No crew, no travel, nothing to set up.
He could now create impactful video from anywhere, and keep doing it week after week.
Effortless content creation
- Consistent, high-quality videos without expensive travel
- Remote production, guided by the story he wanted to tell
- An affordable, repeatable way to keep showing up
It's like Christmas when I get my videos back. They're always so exciting and capture the essence of what I'm trying to share.
The result
In just under six months, Montana transformed his social presence. Before Hero, he had fewer than 1,000 TikTok followers and 500 on Instagram, and was struggling to post consistently.
That changed when he posted his first Hero video in June 2024, then repurposed it to Instagram in August. Since then his audience has taken off: 24,000 TikTok followers (36k as of July 2025) and 10,000 on Instagram, with 1.4 million unique viewers of his content. All organic, with no money spent on advertising.
